For over a decade, I have dedicated my career to coaching and leadership development, and I wake up every day with a profound passion for empowering others. As a child, I dreamed of becoming the NFL Commissioner—a little girl with a love for sports and ambitious aspirations. While my path took a different direction, I embraced the evolution of my dreams, discovering a deeper purpose along the way.

During my undergraduate years at the University of North Texas, I juggled full-time work at a public transit agency while pursuing my studies. Through a series of professional advancements, I eventually became an employee trainer—a role that forever shaped my life. This position revealed my aptitude for connecting with others, fostering collaboration, and inspiring growth, and it set the stage for my journey into leadership development.

My subsequent role as Training Manager and Director of Learning & Development allowed me to design and cultivate innovative learning cultures, empowering teams and individuals to reach their full potential. As I continued to expand my expertise and embrace new opportunities, I realized that the most rewarding part of my work was witnessing the transformative journeys of others—guiding individuals in uncovering their unique strengths and helping them realize their capacity to lead with confidence and authenticity.
